Paulo Pino
Attorney since 1995, and founder of the “Teixeira, Pino, Correia & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, RL”, was born in Vila do Conde, in 24 September 1969, He got his Law Degree at the Universidade Portucalense, with a final vote of (14 /20 points).
He attended the first Preparation Course for the Admission at the Centro de Estudos Judiciários (Judiciary Studies Center) between October 1993 and March 1994, , having chosen not to sustain the final exams and to keep his activity as a barrister.
He attended several seminars and participated in numerous conferences over the past eighteen years.
He has published several juridical essays at home and abroad.
He is specialized in Civil and Commercial Law in general, particularly the contracts, with particular relevance given to the contracts, , the insolvencies, expropriations, and real estate in general, Banking and Financial Law, juridical executions, Criminal Law and Private International Law. .
