Joana Pinto de Vasconcelos

Born on the 2 February 1967; graduated in law at the Law Faculty of the Catholic University of Portugal in July 1990, with the average 14 /20 points.

Attended, in 1999, the Graduate Diploma in Legal and Business Sciences, Catholic University, Regional Centre of Oporto, in 2001, she attended the Curso de Contabilidade e Controlo de Gestão da Escola de Pós-Graduação da Faculdade de Ciências Económicas e Empresariais, da Universidade Católica de Lisboa (Accounting Course and Management Control of the Postgraduate School of the Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurial Sciences of the Lisbon Catholic University), in 2006, the Graduate Tax Law and Practice at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Regional Centre in Port, and em 2010, Training Course "New SNC - Fiscal Impact" at the Association for University Extension FEUC.

she has taught the discipline of Fiscal Law in the Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais de Valença – Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo (Superior School of Entrepreneurial Sciences of Valença – Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo); taught in training modules sponsored by the Chamber of TOC's, APGS of lectures on the liability of OCD and, along with the Hon. Sr. Dr. Miguel Corte-Real, Course of Fiscal Procedure Law at the Bar, Center of the Port District.

He served as a consultant at Arthur Andersen first fiscal & Co., in Oporto, and then at Ernst Young, S.A., Also in Port, where she progressed in the career until she has reached the Professional category of Supervisor; joined as an associate in the 'Teixeira, Pino, Correia & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, RL "in January 2003.
Her main areas of interest are the Fiscal Law, Commercial Law, Societies and Real Estate.
