Emanuel Teixeira
Attorney since 1994 and founder of the “Teixeira, Pino, Correia & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, RL”, born in Porto, in 30 July 1967, has a Master in Juridical-commercial sciences and a Law Degree by the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Portuguesa do Porto (Law School – Portuguese Catholic University of , Porto.
He attended the first graduation in Industrial Law offered by the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Clássica de Lisboa (Law School of the Classical University of Lisbon) in partnership with the APDI – Associação Portuguesa de Direito Intelectual (Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Law).
Was associate professor of the ESCE – Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais, Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo (Superior School of Entrepreneurial Sciences of Valença – Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo), in which he has worked as President of the Pedagogical Council, Vice-President of the Directive Board, Member of the General Council of the IPVC and also member of the Editorial Board of the IPVC Magazine “IPVC – Academia”.
He is one of the founders of “Direito em Debate – Associação Jurídica do Porto” (“The Law in Debate – Juridical Association of Oporto”), of which he was President of the General Assembly. He was Member of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation House of Music (Porto). He has had several interventions in conferences and seminars and several published articles.
His main areas of interest touch the Civil and Commercial Law in general, particularly the contracts, of Industrial Propriedade's Intellectual, Administrative Law, expropriations and real estate in general, as well as International Private Law and the Probate Law.
